Tanmay Shah is the founder & director of the Unicode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Having more than 13 Years of experience in the field of Software Testing. He is ISTQB certified which is international certification. He has been worked in different companies across the world as a Software Testing Consultant which includes building teams, people management, managing QA activities of multiple large scale projects and communicating with stakeholders. Tanmay has worked as Test Manager position with proven track record in driving process improvements and implementation of QA processes within the organization. A forward thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, capable and committed Entrepreneur with a proven ability to meet agreed deadlines, co-ordinate work and work to defined testing methodologies within a structured environment.
More than thousands have been benefited from his dynamic workshop on Software Testing in Gujarat.He has worked in all areas of project execution including planning, business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and project management. Tanmay has got experience in writing and executing the test process, planning, Effort Estimation, Test Strategies and Test cases in structured and Agile development environments, performing all types of testing including functional, non-functional and whitebox testing. Proficient in hands on and leading test activities for system testing of several Web based application in Finance and Insurance Domain, Game Testing, Human Resource Management System, E-commerce domain.

Ashish Shrivastava is a Vadodara head of Unicode Technologies. Ashish Shrivastava, an ISTQB certified Software Tester having a Total 9 years of experience in Software Industry. Ashish has worked in UK for major retail giants and have been appreciated for delivering successful error free projects On Time. Ashish has good understanding of vast pool of Testing software industry tools. Possessing a good knowledge of handling clients. He has worked on various Retail, Hospitality and CMS applications.
Ashish has involved in testing process setup, team management, performance evaluation, team training programs, project management. Having a rich experience in laying out testing process and building a testing team from scratch. He has worked on Mobile, Web and Desktop applications. He has carried out cross-browser testing, exploratory testing for various applications. Setting up test management tools, defect management tools for various projects and bringing it into use. He has carried out various Training to enable new team members in understanding Testing process and enabling them up to speed.
